Terms and Conditions for La Divina Amalfi Coast

2. Booking & Payment

• All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit. A deposit may be required at the time of booking.
• Full payment must be made 7 days before arrival unless otherwise agreed with the property

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellations made at least 8 days before arrival will receive a full refund if the amount of booking is already charged
• Cancellations made less than 7 days before arrival will be charged in full for the booking amount due
• No-shows will be charged the full booking amount.

4. Check-in & Check-out

• Check-in time is from 15:00 to 20:00. Late check-in must be pre-arranged.
• Check-out time is from 08:30 till 10:30. Late check-out may incur an additional charge.
• Guests must provide valid identification upon check-in.

5. House Rules

• Smoking is not allowed in the property.
• Pets are not allowed
• Guests must respect other guests and maintain noise levels at a minimum during quiet hours
• Any damages to the property must be reported and may be charged to the guest.
• We welcome children by the age of 10 years old

6. Liability

• The B&B is not responsible for loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings.
• Guests are responsible for their own safety and belongings.
• The B&B is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage during the stay.

7. Privacy Policy

• Personal information provided during booking is stored securely and will not be shared with third parties except as required by law.
• We may contact guests regarding their stay or future promotions.

8. Force Majeure

• The B&B is not liable for cancellations or service disruptions due to events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, pandemics, or government actions.
